Insured next day delivery within the UK is a flat rate of £6:00/order for insured signed for delivery. We will email you a Royal Mail tracking number the following business day after you have placed your order.

Shipping will cost a flat rate of £16/order for items totaling less than £500 (free if the shipping coupon allows).  You should receive your order within 10 working days, but we have no control over local delivery issues.

Because all orders are sent insured post we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. All shipments need to be signed for upon delivery and we therefore need to ship to an address where somebody is available for signature. A business address is ideal for this purpose.

If you live outside of the United Kingdom, you will not have to pay the VAT applied to non-gold coins. Once you enter your full address and the country that the order is being shipped to, the VAT element of the price will automatically be deducted at the checkout page. This includes those regions with a tax free status within the United Kingdom.

You will receive a confirmation of order to your email address – please note that this confirmation does not as yet include final delivery costs if your order exceeds £2,500. After the funds have been cleared into our account we will ship your purchase to the required address. We will notify you by email at this point of an anticipated delivery time.  Any payments that have not been received within six working days from the invoice despatch date will be considered cancelled orders and we reserve the right to refuse any future orders that you may place.

We send all of our parcels via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured and a next day service. In order to provide the cheapest possible prices for our coins we have to charge a small amount for postage & packing. Postal prices are inclusive of VAT. We are unable to post orders that exceed £2500 however a courier’s fee will be added for orders exceeding this amount and we will advice this on your invoice.

Payment through the site is totally secure through Paypal using either credit or debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account as you can use their payment  facility as a guest. We do NOT process the payment via our site. It is completely secure and guaranteed. The Minted-UK website never even sees any of your personal data. We ship only to confirmed addresses.

Delivery after  the final BACS transfer will be initiated once funds have been cleared, usually 3 working days. All orders need to be paid by the person who ordered from us and whose name appears on the invoice. Invoice name and bank account name need to match in order for payments to be accepted.

No. For security reasons we do not hold any stock at our offices and therefore picking up from our premises is not possible.
