PAYMENT AND SHIPPING

Insured next day delivery within the UK is a flat rate of £6:00/order for insured signed for delivery. We will email you a Royal Mail tracking number upon posting.  In order to provide the cheapest possible prices for our coins we have to charge a small amount for postage & packing. Postal prices are inclusive of VAT.

All shipments need to be signed for upon delivery and we therefore need to ship to an address where somebody is available for signature. Orders are often shipped same day, but may take up to three days if the item is in stock. Pre-orders will be shipped when released and may be subject to delay by the mint for reasons beyond our control. Please be patient.

International shipping will cost a flat rate of either £14 if you are located within the EU or £20.00 if you reside outside of the UK.  You should receive your order within 10 working days, but we have no control over local delivery issues. All orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

Because all orders are sent insured post we cannot ship to a P.O. Box. The buyer has the responsibility to ensure the delivery address is suitable and we will only ship to confirmed addresses.

We do not keep stock at our location and collection is not possible.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card via PayPal, or directly with your PayPal account. You do not need to have a Paypal account as you can use their payment  facility as a guest. Minted-UK does not at any time see your financial details and they are all handled directly by PayPal itself for maximum security. We do NOT process the payment via our site. It is completely secure and guaranteed.

If you live outside of the Eurozone, you will not have to pay the VAT applied to non-gold coins. Once you enter your full address and the country that the order is being shipped to at checkout, the VAT element of the price will automatically be deducted at the checkout page. This includes those regions with a tax free status within Europe.

Payment by Bank transfer (BACS) is possible and shipping will be initiated once funds have been cleared, usually 3 working days. All orders need to be paid by the person who ordered from us and whose name appears on the invoice. Invoice name and bank account name need to match in order for payments to be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders for items in stock but yet to ship can be cancelled. Subscription series and pre-orders are not cancellable and ordering of these items is a legal commitment to buy. You may contact us and at our discretion we may offer refund or a credit note, but if you order items we have to get in for you, we would expect you to honour the purchase. We are reasonable with regular customers ordering certain items, however.

Any return must be at the buyers expense and the item must be returned in perfect condition. You must contact us before sending items back. Proof of purchase must be enclosed. Encapsulated coins must not be opened and handled, and they if so, they will be considered ineligible for return. Returns must be well packaged and sent insured. We will of course replace damaged items, but these are very rare as we pre-check coins before shipment to prevent disappointment.

Refunds will not include shipping or customs charges and we levy a 5% restocking fee. Contact us at info@minted-uk.com

Bullion orders are final and not subject to return or cancellation. They are products priced in conjunction with the financial markets that are beyond our control and are thus exempt from your right of return.
