Germania, the heroine of our flagship series, in 2024 continues to explore the mysteries of the mainland. By now she has managed to become accustomed to the lush vegetation, among which boulders with magical runes swarm. Her every move is followed by two ravens, which are the eyes and ears of Odin, the god of war, wisdom and poetry.

The perspective of the obverse of Germania 2024 expands again with each coin in the collection – 1, 2, 10 ounce and 1 kg. However, this year’s issue introduces another innovation – on the obverse, the individual design elements change.

Reverse

The reverse of Germania 2024 is the traditional image of the Germania Mint coat of arms, with a two-headed eagle holding lightning bolts and surrounded by olive branches. The eagle is derived from Germanic mythology, associated with Janus – the god of all beginnings, guardian of gates and bridges, and patron of alliances. The eagle’s heads, facing in opposite directions, symbolize the past and the future.

Packaging

Each coin is placed in a lens capsule with Certificate of Authenticity contains all the necessary information and guarantees the coin’s originality. The entire set is equipped with a safe and elegant package, which is an integral part of the collector’s set.
